"from A to E" breast augmentation – Is that even possible? Does that make sense?
Some women want an XXL bust for an extra dose of femininity. However, if you are planning an XXL breast operation, you should get plenty of information beforehand and seek advice and treatment from a specialist in this field.
Everyone has their own idea of beauty. And even if the XXL breasts is no longer in demand as much as in the 90s, when the female role models were Pamela Anderson, Katie Price & Co., there are still women who desire very large breasts.
One thing that must not be forgotten about Pamela & Co is that they used XXL for their careers and in many cases corrective operations or re-operations were necessary after their careers: switching to a smaller implant or implant removal or even breast lifts.
XXL is in most cases nothing forever.
The risk of complications such as infection, impaired wound healing and especially capsular fibrosis and back pain increases with increasing implant volume.
How much bigger is actually possible?
bigger goes in 3 directions: Width and Height as well as the projection (i.e. how far or “cheeky” the chest goes into the room
the Width of the breast implant is limited by the breast width:
- lateral Volume eventually causes a restriction of movement combined with capsular fibrosis
- inside the breast gland tissue eventually runs out and only the delicate skin above the breastbone is available - and when this delicate connection lifts off, the implant cavities are connected to each other (=symmastia) - a complication that is very difficult to correct
the Height of the breast implant is above all downward limited by the increasingly weakening tissue under the inframammary fold
- will be after below If the tissue is too weakened, a double-bubble phenomenon threatens to occur. In this unpleasant complication, the lower part of the implant slips into the weak tissue under the inframammary fold and results in an unsightly breast shape
- after above too much height makes no sense, as it would increasingly push the nipple downwards and can worsen the shape of the breast
Dangers when choosing a size:
- Photos from the internet (instagram, homepages, ...) as a basis for a decision: In order to get usable information, standard photos without filters would be needed. Another crucial question is what the patient looked like before surgery. And also how tall and heavy a patient is or what the width of the breasts is. In addition, every breast is naturally different - therefore difficult to compare - and this can also be confusing. And furthermore, 300g does not always mean the same thing: Every company and therefore every implant has its own characteristics, some implants are lighter than others (e.g. B-lite or Motiva) and therefore not comparable with each other - hence our TIP: Focus primarily on yourself. Get a feel for the size, effect and weight of an implant with trial implants.

What is B? What is E? How is the cup defined..?
There is no globally uniform system. Depending on Region & Country and depending on Manufacturer & Business there are differences.
Therefore, you should always be careful when talking about a specific cup size. Everyone has a certain image in their head when they think of Cup B...but it is rarely the same.

The goal is actually BC when it comes to naturalness... and also when health plays a role...
The initial situation plays an important role. Therefore, the statement above is only true in individual cases and the choice of size is always very individual.
In addition, a cup is not precisely defined. Depending on the country and manufacturer, the cups are quite different...that's why individual advice is important!
How long should I rest after XXL breast surgery?
But you are not sick. That means you should move around, but just take care of the operated area. When lying down, turning to the left and right is allowed and advisable. Otherwise you risk back pain if you just lie on your back with cramps. Obviously you should not lie on the operated area or the surgical wound itself.
How much does my XXL breast surgery cost?
