The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection declaration we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

2. Collection of personal data

When you simply visit our website, we only store access data in so-called server log files. This is data that your browser makes available and which is not personally identifiable, namely:

browser type/version
Operating system used
Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
Hostname of the accessing computer (IP address)
time and data of the server request

We cannot assign this data to specific people. This data is not combined with other data sources and is deleted after a statistical evaluation. For this purpose, user access to our websites is stored in the server log files, including the IP address. These log files are processed monthly for statistical purposes using analysis software and then deleted. It is not possible for us to draw any conclusions about a specific person when using the data.

Some functions of our website require visitors to provide personal information such as name and email address. Names and details can be provided voluntarily.

We process your data on servers located in Austria and therefore within the framework of the EU data protection standards. However, we would like to point out possible exceptions under point 5 of this declaration (“Google Analytics”) if third-party tools are used that have their server location abroad.

3. Data collection

If you have approved the use of personal data for special purposes that are subject to the consent reservation, you can revoke this approval at any time. The data will then be deleted by us. If you believe that we are violating Austrian or European data protection law when processing your data, please contact us so that we can clarify any questions you may have. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, or from May 25, 2018, with a supervisory authority within the EU.

5. Data protection provisions for the use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. 6. Privacy Policy for Cookies

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that make it possible to store specific, user-related information on the user's device while he or she is using the website. 7. Duration of data storage
