Davor ist man meist noch zu blau und geschwollen, um sich wieder im \u00f6ffentliche Leben &#8222;wohlzuf\u00fchlen&#8220;. Make-up hilft die anfangs noch ger\u00f6teten Narben abzudecken und zu verstecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f6rperliche Schonung bezieht sich normalerweise auf die ersten 2-3 Wochen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beruflicher Ausfall bezieht sich nat\u00fcrlich immer auf den Beruf. B\u00fcrot\u00e4tigkeiten sind meist ab OP-Ende wieder m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles in Allem werden Patient:innen, die diese Frage mit Gef\u00fchl und Hausverstand angehen sicher nichts falsch machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frage 2<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie werde ich nach der Lidstraffung aussehen..?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Antwort:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Idealfall nicht &#8222;operiert&#8220;. Frischer und vom Blick her offener ist die Wunschvorstellung, die bei individueller Anpassung und mit Erfahrung im Normallfall gut erreichbar ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frage 3<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie ist das mit dem Laser bei der Lidstraffung<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Antwort: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt eine &#8222;Art Laser&#8220;, die sogenannte Jett-Plasma-Behandlung, bei der die  durch plasmah\u00e4ltige Lichtblitze die Oberfl\u00e4che verschorft wird. Dabei ist vorsichtig gesagt unserer Erfahrung nach ein Straffungseffekt von 0-2-3 mm im Lidbereich m\u00f6glich. Bei einer klassichen Oberlidstraffung werden meist deutlich mehr Haut\u00fcberschuss entfernt. Somit ist die klassiche Lidstraffung meist \u00fcberlegen. F\u00fc den Unterlidbereich stellt Jett-Plasma aber durchaus eine interessante Alternative dar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Einen klassichen Laser zum Hautschnitt finden wir aus mehreren Gr\u00fcnden nicht notwendig. Nicht zuletzt weil erfahrungsgem\u00e4\u00df die Narbe l\u00e4nger gereizt sein kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frage 4<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ist eine Lidstraffung im Sommer m\u00f6glich und wann kann ich wieder baden gehen..?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Antwort: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Lidstraffung ist eigentlich das ganze Jahr \u00fcber m\u00f6glich. Und wenn man sich an die Gegebenheiten anpasst durchaus auch sehr gut im Sommer. Wir erlauben unseren Patient:innen das vorsichtige Duschen. Untertauchen sollte man die ersten 2 Wochen noch nicht, solange die Narbe noch nicht wirklich stabil ist. Ab dann ist z. B. sauberes Meerwasser durchaus positiv f\u00fcr die Wundheilung. Acuhtung jedoch vor zu viel Sonne speziell in den ersten Wochen nach einer Operation. Die Wundbereiche neigen in der fr\u00fchen Phase nach OP zu Pigmentbildung und k\u00f6nnen dann dunkler und auff\u00e4lliger ausfallen. Der beste Sonnenschutz ist &#8222;der Schatten&#8220; also die Prophylaxe. Ansonsten empfehlen wir Sonnencreme SPF 30+. Erh\u00e4ltlich z.
