B\u00fcrot\u00e4tigkeiten sind meist ab OP-Ende wieder m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frage 2<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie finde ich die passende Implantatgr\u00f6sse..?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Antwort:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine simple Methode, um &#8222;seine ideale Implantatgr\u00f6sse&#8220; vor der Brustvergr\u00f6sserung herauszufinden ist diese:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reis kochen &#8211; in ein weiches &#8222;Sackerl&#8220; die passende Menge abf\u00fcllen &#8211; unter einen Sport-BH &#8211; so lange Reise erg\u00e4nzen\/reduzieren bis man die ideale Gr\u00f6\u00dfe gefunden hat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ev. auch noch mit dem zus\u00e4tzlichen Volumen Sport probieren, einmal Fortgehen, in der Arbeit testen, &#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann haben Sie Ihre perfekte Implantatgr\u00f6sse zur Brustvergr\u00f6sserung gefunden. Umgekehrt kann die Stillf\u00e4higkeit aber nicht 100% versprochen werden. Stillen kann 1x gehen, dann wieder nicht, kann auch am Kind liegen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frage 4<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie lang ist der Schnitt bei einer Brustvergr\u00f6sserung..?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Antwort: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mittlerweile werden Schnittl\u00e4ngen vor allem nach der &#8222;klassischen&#8220; Brustvergr\u00f6sserung immer kleiner. Der positive &#8222;Rekord&#8220; in unseren H\u00e4nden und in unserer Praxis waren eine Schnittl\u00e4nge von etwas mehr als 2cm bei einer Implantatgr\u00f6sser von ca. 300cc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frage 5<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00fcssen Brustimpantate noch getauscht werden..?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Antwort: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nein &#8211; im Normalfall nicht&#8230;Ein regelm\u00e4\u00dfiger Implantattausch wurde fr\u00fcher alle 10 Jahre empfohlen, da man von einer Haltbarkeit der Implantate von ca. 10 Jahren ausging. Fr\u00fcher war auch die Kapselfibrose-Rate wesentlich h\u00f6her &#8211; deshalb war auch eine Optimierung\/teilweise Entfernung des Kapselgewebes nach 10 Jahren meist sinnvoll. Heute geht man von lebenslanger Halbarkeit von Brustimplantaten aus.
