Was versteht man unter einem Lipödem?
Ein Lipödem ist eine chronische Krankheit, die durch eine ungleichmäßige Fettverteilung (Fettverteilungsstörung) im Körper gekennzeichnet ist und hauptsächlich bei Frauen auftritt. - Knotige, weiche Haut, Dellen in der Haut, Orangenhaut
In diesen Fällen sollte eine Abklärung vom Fachmann in Richtung Lipödem erfolgen
Wie behandelt man ein Lipödem?
Die Fettabsaugung ist die einzige nachhaltige, beschwerdelindernde Therapiemaßnahme bei reinem Lipödem.
Direkt nach einer Operation sind Lymphdrainagen und das Tragen von Kompressionswäsche zu empfehlen.
Nach Abheilung ist jedoch in vielen Fällen das Tragen von Kompressionswäsche nicht mehr notwendig.
Zahlt die Krankenkassa bei Lipödem?
In den meisten Fällen wird die Operation eines Lipödems nicht von den Krankenkassen übernommen. Dies ist aber immer im Einzelfall abzuklären.
Muß nach meiner Lipödem Absaugung in Klagenfurt Kärnten über Nacht bleiben?

Wie lange sollte ich mich nach einer Lipödem OP in Klagenfurt Kärnten schonen?
You should take it easy for 2-3 weeks. With sensitivity and common sense, you will usually be able to take it easy enough. The basic rule is: do not lift more than 5kg, do not make any sudden movements, do not work overhead.
But you are not sick, which means you should move around. The operated area should be protected, however. When lying down, turning to the left and right is permitted and advisable. Otherwise, you risk back pain if you just lie on your back with cramps. Obviously, you should not lie on the operated area or the surgical wound itself.
For the first few days, you should walk slightly bent over and take the pressure off the operated abdominal area. Wearing a special corset is recommended for 5-6 weeks. The corset/compression garment should be worn for approximately 24 hours (including at night).
After gynecomastia surgery, a corset for 5-6 weeks as many as possible should be worn.
